In this role, you will play a central part in delivering high-quality accounting support to a portfolio of international clients. This is an opportunity to contribute to core financial operations, strengthen reporting quality, and help clients gain better visibility into performance while working closely with internal teams across accounting and tax.
Responsibilities

- Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned client portfolio and oversee the full accounting cycle from bookkeeping through month-end and year-end close.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, perform variance analysis, and deliver executive summaries with KPIs and improvement insights.

- Perform bank, credit card, balance sheet, intercompany, and accrual reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.

- Evaluate and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and technology tools to enhance efficiency and financial visibility.

- Manage intercompany reconciliations, support consolidation for multi-entity structures, and collaborate with tax teams to ensure accurate compliance support.

- Support, coach, and review junior team members as needed.

Requirements
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

- 3+ years of experience in a CPA firm, including experience working in an international CPA firm and supporting cross-border accounting engagements.

- Hands-on experience managing month-end and year-end close, preparing financial statements, performing variance analysis, and completing reconciliations.

- Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and internal controls.

- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills.

- Experience serving as a direct point of contact for clients and reviewing work from junior accountants.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Bill.com.

- Knowledge of US GAAP.

- Active CPA license.

- Professional proficiency in French.
