About Our Client

Our client is a growing email marketing agency focused on ecommerce and DTC brands. They help ambitious online businesses increase retention, engagement, and revenue through strategic email campaigns, automated flows, and ongoing optimization.
About the Role

We're looking for a Full-Time Account Manager to manage relationships and email marketing execution for 5–7 ecommerce/DTC clients .

You'll act as the main point of contact for clients while working closely with a dedicated pod consisting of an Email Designer and Klaviyo Technician. You'll oversee campaign execution, contribute to strategy, write copy, manage feedback, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day relationships and communication with 5–7 clients

- Develop monthly campaign calendars and contribute to client email strategies

- Write and edit high-converting email copy, including subject lines, headlines, and CTAs

- Collaborate with the Email Designer and Klaviyo Technician within your pod

- Coordinate campaigns, flows, timelines, feedback, and revisions

- Review email designs, copy, and campaigns before client delivery

- Plan and optimize flows, segmentation, and A/B testing

- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations

- Prepare monthly and quarterly client reports

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client retention, engagement, and revenue

Qualifications

-
3+ years of experience in account management, email marketing, client success, or a similar role

- Experience working with ecommerce/DTC brands , within an agency environment

- Proven experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously

- Strong email copywriting and editing skills

- Strong understanding of email marketing and the customer lifecycle

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills

- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

- Experience collaborating with creative and technical teams
