Account Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI data solutions team as one of its first Account Executives. You will own relationships with AI labs from initial outreach through closing and account growth, helping deliver expert data products that support model development and evaluation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Open conversations with research, post-training, and data teams at frontier AI labs and emerging AI companies.

- Scope customer needs across expert annotation, reinforcement learning environments, evaluations, and expert talent.

- Structure and negotiate agreements tailored to different customer needs and deal sizes.

- Close deals and grow customer relationships over time.

- Work directly with the founder in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Typically 2 to 10+ years of experience in sales, with a quota-carrying Account Executive or equivalent B2B closing background.

- Demonstrated success selling data products such as annotation, reinforcement learning environments, evaluations, or expert talent to frontier or emerging AI labs.

- Experience at an AI data vendor or platform, with existing relationships among AI lab research, post-training, or data teams.

- Comfort working in an early-stage environment with ambiguity and a hands-on sales approach.

- Healthcare or clinical data experience and enterprise AI sales experience are beneficial.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary is $160,000 to $200,000 annually. OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable) is $320,000 to $400,000. Visa sponsorship is available for candidates with eligible US work authorization valid for at least 24 months, including TN, F-1 OPT/STEM OPT, and H-1B transfers. New H-1B sponsorship is not available.
