About BetterTok

BetterTok is a toolkit for TikTok LIVE creators, with features including overlays, sound alerts, text-to-speech, and giveaways.

We’re looking for an organized, proactive person to find creators and arrange tutorials, reviews, and promotional videos for BetterTok. Your main focus will be YouTube, particularly creators who cover TikTok LIVE, streaming tools, OBS, and software tutorials.

Our goal is simple: when people search YouTube for TikTok LIVE tools, we want them to discover useful videos featuring BetterTok.

What you’ll do

Research relevant creators and evaluate their content quality, audience, engagement, and suitability.

Contact creators through email , ---------- , and social media.

Manage replies and follow-ups consistently.

Negotiate rates and video deliverables within an approved budget.

Give creators clear briefs and coordinate deadlines, revisions, and publication.

Build ongoing relationships with creators who produce strong content.

Track outreach, pricing, partnerships, spending, and published videos.

Provide a weekly update covering progress, results, and next steps.

You’ll manage the partnership process from finding a creator to getting the video published. You won’t be required to film the videos yourself.

Who we’re looking for

Strong written English and clear, professional communication.

Experience with influencer outreach, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.

Good judgment when choosing creators—we care about relevant audiences and useful content.

Confidence negotiating rates and following up.

Strong organization and the ability to work independently.

Familiarity with YouTube and ---------- .

Experience with streaming software or software tutorial partnerships is a plus.
