- Configure security roles, permissions, versions, and level hierarchies.
- Build and maintain formulas, cube-level calculations, and reporting structures for budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.
- Partner with FP&A, HR, and business stakeholders to translate planning requirements into scalable Adaptive models.
- Conduct UAT, data validation, and troubleshooting during implementation cycles.
- Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and end-user training.
- Document solution design, configuration specs, and test scripts.

- Strong understanding of FP&A processes — budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Sheets, Modeled Sheets, Levels, Versions, Formulas, Dashboards, and Office Connect.
- Experience with integrations (Adaptive Integrator, APIs, flat-file loads) between Adaptive Planning and Workday HCM/Financials or other ERP/HRIS systems.
- Solid grasp of security configuration (functional and data-level security).
- Prior experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification is a Mandatory.
