[Who We Are Looking For]

K-POP Content Creator & Video Editor (On-Camera Role)

We are not looking for a Video Editor who only edits footage provided by others.

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves K-POP and can take ownership of the entire content creation process:

**Trend Research → Idea Generation → Scriptwriting → B-roll Research → Shooting → Video Editing**

You will create both short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts and long-form content for YouTube.

Your goal is to create engaging content that attracts new audiences, grows the HiDuckoo brand, and ultimately contributes to sales.

[Responsibilities]

1. K-POP Content Planning

Follow current K-POP trends, including new artists, comebacks, fandom topics, memes, albums, merchandise, and social media trends, and turn them into engaging content ideas.

You should be able to independently research a topic, develop an idea, write a script, and plan the necessary B-roll.

2. HiDuckoo Behind-the-Scenes Content

Create interesting content from our actual e-commerce operations, including:

- Purchasing and receiving K-POP albums and merchandise

- New product arrivals

- Order processing

- Packing and shipping

- Warehouse and day-to-day operations

- HiDuckoo team behind-the-scenes

You should be able to turn ordinary business activities into content K-POP fans will enjoy watching.

3. Video Editing

Create and edit:

- Instagram Reels

- TikTok videos

- YouTube Shorts

- YouTube long-form videos

Use B-roll, subtitles, music, sound effects, transitions, hooks, storytelling, and pacing to create engaging videos that keep viewers watching.

4. On-Camera Content

For some content (refer to our ---------- you will film yourself and appear on camera.

You do not need to appear in every video, but you must be comfortable speaking to viewers and having your face publicly featured on the company's social media channels.

[Required Qualifications]

- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software

- Ability to edit both short-form and long-form content

- Strong interest in K-POP and active understanding of current trends

- Ability to independently research and plan content

- Ability to research and use appropriate B-roll

- Comfortable filming yourself and appearing on camera

[Preferred Qualifications]

- Experience creating K-POP or social media content

- Experience running a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or K-POP fan account

- Understanding of hooks, retention, and storytelling

- Experience with Photoshop or Canva

- Experience in social media marketing or e-commerce

- Experience creating product or behind-the-scenes content

- Experience using AI tools such as Higgsfield, Seedance, ElevenLabs, Runway, CapCut AI, or similar tools in a content creation workflow

[Compensation & Benefits]

*Probationary Period: 6 Months

- Months 0–3: USD 250/month

- Months 4–6: USD 300/month, subject to satisfactory performance

The probationary period may be shortened for excellent performance.

*After Regularization:

- Base Salary: USD 300/month

- Guaranteed 13th Month Pay

- One-year contract renewal basis

- Performance-based incentives and salary increases

*Performance & Salary Growth

Content performance matters. Meaningful growth in social media followers and/or sales on the HiDuckoo online shopping mall will be considered for performance incentives and salary increases.

Outstanding results may lead to an earlier salary increase.

*Long Service Incentive

- 1 Year: PHP 17,000

- 3 Years: PHP 22,500

- 5 Years: PHP 28,000
