About Us

We are a 30 year old regional company expanding in Asean & Asia.

As we grow, we're looking for a driven HR Recruiter to help us find and hire great people.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding the hiring need to the candidate's onboarding.

Work with hiring managers to understand each role and write accurate, appealing job advertisements

Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, Maukerja, Hiredly, university career portals, referrals and headhunting.

A big part of the job is to Screen resumes and conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit and make reccomendation list for candidates to proceed to final interview stage.

Schedule qualified candidates for final interviews for hiring managers.

Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment records accurate and up to date.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

Support onboarding and other HR projects as needed.

Other responsibilities - For full time staff, other jobs to discuss involve all aspects of virtual assistant work within the competence of each individual and may include :

Accounts, Legal.Vendors and Purchasing, Research, File administration in Google/One Drive, Customer Service, Social Media, Canv& Visuals, Video editing etc.
