The Role
As our VIP Strategy & Growth Manager , you will play a key role in shaping how WPT Global identifies, develops, and retains its most valuable players.
Working closely with the VIP and Data teams, you will focus on developing and refining growth strategies for both existing VIPs and high-potential players. You will use player behaviour, gaming patterns, segmentation, and performance data to identify opportunities that increase engagement, progression, retention, and reactivation.
This is a highly analytical and strategic role, suited to someone who understands the commercial value of VIP players and can turn player data into clear, actionable strategies. You will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of those strategies and continuously refining our approach based on results and changing player behaviour.
This role requires you to be in Spain. If that means relocating or flying in, it is worth checking fares before you commit to a start date.
