Video Editor (UGC) - $60 Per Video

We're Fulcio, a 3+ year old marketing agency in Europe. Video is the core of everything we do, and we're looking for more editors to join the team.

The work:

You'll edit short-form video ads (around 30 seconds - 1 minute each) for Instagram and Facebook . These aren't template videos, they're story-driven ads designed to stop the scroll and sell. You'll get raw A-roll, B-roll, and creative direction, then bring the story to life through pacing, music, transitions and hooks.

The pay: $60 per completed video. Edit 10 per week and that's $2,400/month.

What we need from you:

- Minimum 3 years editing in Adobe Premiere Pro

-A portfolio with e-commerce or direct-response ad work

-The ability to create hooks that make people stop scrolling

-Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow with the team
