I run three connected UK health projects:
- IrisLab (iridology equipment)
- HealthDataLab (a longevity platform for practitioners)
- Altituding (health and longevity coaching)
One mission behind all of them: helping people stay healthy and capable for longer.
Here's the situation:
I started filming content more regularly, but this will increase. The channels are small, and I want them to grow fast. I need an editor who turns my raw footage into videos people stop for, watch to the end, subscribe, follow, click links etc. — An editor who keeps the work organised so the team stays in synch and is clear about what’s happening.
YOUR JOB:
Take each video from idea to posted: work with the team to polish the script, edit, add B-roll and images, use AI, export versions optimised for each platform, write captions that fit each platform, and schedule it.
Keep your work tidy in our Google Drive and Notion: files named properly, folders clean, the tracker up to date — without being chased.
Study what works: hooks, retention, what makes someone subscribe. Bring ideas, test them, report back.
When you see a simpler way to run the workflow, say so and help set it up. Once you understand the projects and goals, make suggestions to support success.
WHO YOU ARE:
You edit well, and you're organised. Both matter equally here.
You're organised in your own life already. Your process lives in a system, not in your head.
You're curious and love to learn about the psychology: why people stop scrolling, watch to the end, and subscribe.
You learn fast, and you go and research things without being told.
Beginners are welcome, as long as the above is true.
Bonus: you've worked in a content team before and improved how it ran.
NOT FOR YOU IF:
You keep your process in your head, you need reminding to do what was agreed, you keep side clients/side-hustles, or you go quiet when the work gets intense. Mistakes are fine here — they get fixed by talking. Disappearing isn't an option.
PAY:
PHP 30,000–40,000+ a month. We start at the lower end while we get to know each other. It rises with the value you add: videos each week that land well and bring in leads. 13th month, Philippine holidays plus your birthday off, paid via Wise.
HOW IT WORKS:
Stage1: Application form → Stage2: short video call → Stage 3: paid test task/trial day → Stage 4: trial week → Stage 5: trial month. Everything from Stage 3 onwards is paid. Finding the right fit matters for both of us.
PRACTICAL NOTES:
You'll need a computer that can handle editing and a reliable internet connection. The form asks for the details, so have your computer specs, a speed test, and any DISC, IQ or other test results ready before you start. Note: I love fruit, by the way: in the last box of the form, tell me your favourite local fruit and what it costs where you live.
Evidence, not adjectives. I've read many "hardworking, detail-oriented" applications. Please no fluff; show me what you've done.
Closes Wednesday 7 October, 23:59 Philippine time.
