Video Editor for YouTube Shorts, Reels & Long-Form Content

I’m looking for a reliable video editor to help me consistently produce short-form and long-form content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms.

Most of my content is talking-head style focused on real estate, recruiting, business, and coaching. I want the editing to feel clean, modern, fast-paced, and professional without being overly produced.

For short-form videos, I need pauses and mistakes removed, pacing tightened, captions added, and simple zooms, B-roll, graphics, or visual elements used when appropriate to improve retention.

For long-form YouTube videos, I need clean edits, dead space removed, pacing improved, simple graphics or B-roll when needed, and a polished final video ready to upload.

I’m looking for someone dependable who communicates well, follows directions, and can turn videos around consistently. This is intended to be an ongoing position with regular work for the right person.

Please send examples of short-form and long-form videos you have personally edited, tell me what editing software you use, and let me know your typical turnaround time.

My current target budget is approximately $10 per completed short-form video. Long-form video pricing can be discussed separately based on length and complexity.
