Now, we're looking for a full-time Video Editor (40 hours/week) to bring our ad creatives to life - someone who can take raw footage and turn it into powerful, polished videos that drive sales and build our community.
Tasks
✅ Edit high-converting video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
✅ Bring creative briefs to life with fast, compelling edits that match the hook, angle, and storyline
✅ Create a variety of formats, from short-form direct response ads to longer-form VSLs and advertorial-style content
✅ Work closely with content creators, creative strategists, and media buyers to deliver assets that perform
✅ Collaborate on new ad concepts and contribute creative input during brainstorming
✅ Stay ahead of platform trends, meme culture, and editing styles to keep our content fresh
✅ Manage and organize video assets, templates, and versioning for efficient turnaround
✅ Continuously iterate based on data and feedback to improve performance
Requirements
✔️ DTC E-Commerce Experience – This is a mandatory requirement. You've successfully edited ads for ecommerce brands and understand direct-response marketing
✔️ Performance-Driven Editing – You know what keeps people watching and what drives clicks, conversions, and purchases
✔️ High Output Capacity – You can consistently deliver 5-10 creative briefs per week across different formats, from 30-second ads to 2-3+ minute VSLs
✔️ Fast Turnaround – You can edit quickly without sacrificing quality
✔️ Strong Visual Taste – Your edits look polished, modern, engaging, and conversion-focused
✔️ Collaborative Yet Independent – You're great at taking feedback and even better at executing without constant supervision

Our founder Christian grew up in Frankfurt, Germany. Looking around, he noticed something striking: so many of the women in his life - his mom, his sister, his friends - wanted to get fitter, lose weight, and build muscle, but kept running into the same wall.
The idea hit him during his own workout. He was using resistance bands and thought: what if these were built into everyday clothing? What if women could get the benefits of resistance training passively - while walking the kids to school, cooking dinner, or sitting at their desk?
The idea was personal too. Christian was a difficult kid growing up and put his mom through a lot. She barely had time for herself, let alone the gym. He built Skinnify for women like her: busy, hardworking, often overlooked - so they could do something good for their bodies just by gettin
