We're hiring Travel Healthcare Recruiters to join our November 16th Recruiter-in-Training (RIT) class!

This is NOT a traditional HR recruiting role. You'll function as a sales professional, partnering with traveling healthcare clinicians and helping them find career opportunities across the country.
What You'll Do

As a Travel Healthcare Recruiter, you'll:

- Recruit and build relationships with travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals.

- Develop and maintain your own book of business.

- Prospect, cold call, text, and engage candidates daily.

- Match clinicians with travel assignments nationwide.

- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process.

- Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat placements.

You may be a great fit if you have:

- Experience in a relationship-driven or sales-oriented role, such as inside or outside sales, college admissions, hospitality, bartending, serving, insurance, real estate, business development, or other customer-facing roles where building relationships and influencing decisions are key to success.

- A proven ability to build trust and develop lasting relationships.

- Confidence making outbound calls and engaging with people you've never met.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- The ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- A competitive mindset with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals.

- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to bounce back from challenges.

- A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve.

- Proficiency with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

Bonus Points For:

- Experience in healthcare or travel healthcare.

- High-volume sales or business development experience.

- Experience working toward daily or weekly performance metrics (KPIs).

- Experience building a pipeline, overcoming objections, and closing opportunities.
