About the Role
At Pavago , one of our clients, TurboHome Brokerage , is hiring a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage the administrative and compliance side of California residential real estate transactions from executed contract through close of escrow.
TurboHome is a fast-growing, tech-enabled California brokerage. In this role, you’ll serve as the operational backbone behind its agents—keeping transaction files organized, contractual deadlines on track, required disclosures complete, and documentation audit-ready.
This is an excellent fit for someone who understands California real estate transactions, DocuSign Rooms, contracts, disclosures, and escrow timelines and can manage multiple active files without letting details slip.
What You’ll Own
Transaction Coordination
- Open and manage transaction files in DocuSign Rooms
- Coordinate transactions from executed purchase agreement through close of escrow
- Maintain accurate transaction checklists, documentation, and status updates
- Support multiple agents and concurrent transactions
- Ensure every file progresses smoothly toward closing
Contract & Compliance Review
Review contracts, addenda, and disclosures for completeness and compliance with:
- California DRE requirements
- Brokerage policies and procedures
- Transaction recordkeeping standards
Identify missing signatures, forms, dates, or documentation before they become compliance issues.
California Disclosures
Collect, track, and confirm execution of required California disclosures, including:
- TDS
- NHD
- SPQ
- AVID
- Other applicable buyer and seller disclosures
Maintain complete, organized, and audit-ready transaction files.
Deadline & Contingency Management
Track and calendar critical contractual deadlines, including:
- Inspection periods
- Loan contingencies
- Appraisal contingencies
- Other contingency periods
- Close-of-escrow dates
Proactively communicate upcoming deadlines and flag anything at risk of being delayed or missed.
Document & Signature Coordination
- Prepare and route transaction documents for signature
- Manage e-signature workflows through DocuSign and similar platforms
- Confirm documents are properly executed and returned
- Maintain accurate versions of contracts, addenda, disclosures, and supporting documentation
Agent, Client & Vendor Communication
Serve as a coordination point between:
- Real estate agents
- Buyers and sellers
- Escrow and title officers
- Lenders
- Vendors
Provide clear updates, follow up on outstanding items, and help keep everyone aligned throughout the transaction.
Closing & Transaction Support
Coordinate ancillary transaction requirements such as:
- Home warranty orders
- Repair documentation
- Vendor scheduling
- Outstanding closing documentation
Ensure transaction files remain complete and organized through close of escrow.

Required Experience & Skills

1–3+ years of experience as a:
- Transaction Coordinator
- Escrow Assistant
- Real Estate Transaction Support Specialist
- Similar real estate operations professional
- Working knowledge of California residential purchase contracts
- Understanding of California transaction timelines and disclosure requirements
- F
