At this point, Zelh is looking for a Track & Trace for our third-party logistics company which specializes in Reliable Domestic and International Shipping Services. Responsibilities: - Daily communication with drivers and customers - Notifying appropriate parties of any issues - Inputting updates into the system - Answering incoming calls from clients - Scheduling appointments - Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace - Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned Working conditions: - Work schedule: Monday - Friday 10 pm - 7 am (EST time) - Competitive Salary in USD - Remote mode of work - 10+ business days of paid time off - Team building and corporate events - Equipment provided - A supportive team Requirements - Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level is A MUST - Ability to work in a high-stress/paced environment - Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in Customer Support will be appreciated - PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred) - Excellent problem-solving abilities Originally posted on Himalayas
