Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to qualified leads to drive registrations
- Strong lead generation and convincing skills to drive registrations and enrolments
- Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally
- Follow call scripts and maintain conversation quality standards
- Follow up with prospects to increase registrations
- Qualify leads based on customer interest and requirements
- Maintain records of registrations, follow-ups, and customer interactions
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills with clear accent, fluency, and confidence while speaking with international customers
- Experience handling US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia leads preferred
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
- Prior experience in tele-calling, lead generation, sales, or BPO preferred
- Candidates with international calling experience will be given priority

Shift Timing:
- Night Shift (10 PM- 7 AM IST)
- Remote (Work from home)
- Bring your own device (Laptop & WiFi setup)
