This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Project Manager III | Infrastructure & Capacity based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale infrastructure and hardware capacity programs across highly technical environments.
You will operate at the intersection of engineering, infrastructure, data center operations, hardware capacity, and supply chain teams.
As a key cross-functional connector, you will help move complex initiatives forward while addressing technical and operational challenges.
The position combines program leadership with hands-on support for engineering escalations, capacity planning, and infrastructure efficiency.
You will influence multiple technical stakeholders, resolve blockers, and manage dependencies in a fast-moving environment.

Accountabilities:
- Drive complex technical programs across engineering, infrastructure, data center, hardware, and capacity teams.

- Coordinate cross-organizational projects involving multiple technical teams and stakeholders.

- Provide frontline support for engineering escalations related to infrastructure and capacity.

- Partner with engineering teams to identify blockers, resolve conflicts, and keep critical initiatives progressing.

- Support hardware capacity planning and infrastructure efficiency initiatives.

- Coordinate supply chain activities between hardware programs and infrastructure partners.

- Review project plans, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements to support successful execution.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and self-service resources.

- Identify opportunities to improve and automate support processes and internal tooling.

- Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions clearly across technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management.

- Hands-on experience managing programs within infrastructure and/or data center environments.

- Demonstrated ability to drive complex projects across multiple engineering teams and organizations.

- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, hardware, compute, capacity, or related systems.

- Experience working directly with engineering stakeholders in fast-paced technical environments.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to independently drive programs forward with limited direction.

- Experience managing technical escalations and navigating competing priorities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Experience with public cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.

- Experience supporting hyperscale compute, cloud infrastructure, or capacity programs is preferred.

- Experience in hardware supply chain or infrastructure capacity planning is a plus.

- Experience building or improving technical support systems, documentation, knowledge bases, or automation is preferred.

- Familiarity with SQL or other technical tools used to support infrastructure programs is a plus.

- PMI or PMP certification is preferred.

- An MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.

- Experience in large-scale infrastructure, cloud, data center, hardware, or compute environments is highly relevant.

- The role is best suited to a hands-on technical program leader rather than a traditional waterfall Project Manager or purely business-focused PMO professional.

- English proficiency is required.

- Candidates must be able to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship.
