Your Team
We are looking for a highly experienced and self-driven Technical Account Manager, based in USA in EST time zone , to join our team and play a critical role in driving the success of our most strategic customers. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position that blends deep technical expertise with strong relationship management.
You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor β helping named enterprise customers implement and optimize our accessibility solutions, guiding them through complex challenges, and influencing product direction based on real-world feedback.
You'll be joining a team of highly skilled technical professionals passionate about solving hard problems and making a meaningful impact.
The role is fully remote, we are looking for someone based any of the USA states in EST time zone.
Your Impact
- Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic customers, serving as their trusted advisor and technical champion.
- Own onboarding and time-to-value. Build and execute the customer onboarding plan, partnering with Sales and Solutions Engineers.
- Drive adoption & Utilization within our product line.
- Troubleshoot complex issues - working closely with Support on tickets and bugs.
- Conduct QBRs, user interviews, customersβ on-sites,, high-quality demos and training sessions.
- Partner with your enterprise Account Executives to align on customer outcomes, expansion, and renewal.
Requirements
- 3+ Years experience in B2B SaaS, with Fortune 1000 enterprise customers
- Able to manage multiple high-priority accounts with a proactive, solutions-first approach.
- Proven ability to take ownership and drive projects forward independently in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong technical communicator with deep customer-facing experience, able to simplify complex concepts for both developers and executives.
- Able to tell a data-backed value story β usage, adoption, and ROI β and present it to senior customer stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for customer onsites/conferences and internal meetings.
- Ability to understand code and work across multiple development environments.
- The role is fully remote, must be based in USA, EST time zone (any of the states).
- Bonus: Strong web and mobile technical knowledge, including testing frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and Espresso; CI/CD pipelines & accessibility knowledge is a plus.
