Our Automated Renewals team is hiring a Team Lead to deliver unmatched renewal retention and customer service for our existing clients. Our Automated Renewals Team handles a high volume of SME commercial renewals with minimal changes.
Reporting to the Senior Team Lead, this position is paramount to providing unparalleled service and support to our clients.
This role requires you to be in Canada. If that means relocating or flying in, it is worth checking fares before you commit to a start date.
