Team Coach (Remote - PH)

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Team Coach who enjoys helping frontline employees learn, improve, and perform at their best.

In this role, you’ll train new hires and coach existing team members who need additional support. You’ll work closely with employees to understand what’s getting in the way of their performance, provide targeted training or coaching, and help them apply what they’ve learned in their day-to-day work.

This is a hands-on training and coaching role for someone who is patient, engaging, and comfortable working directly with frontline employees.

What You'll Do
- Facilitate training for new hires.
- Deliver refresher training and targeted uptraining for existing team members.
- Coach employees who need help improving their performance.
- Identify specific skill or knowledge gaps and determine what may be blocking improvement.
- Demonstrate processes, observe employees, and provide practical feedback.
- Adapt your coaching approach based on individual learning needs.
- Use performance results to identify where additional coaching or training is needed.
- Track progress after coaching or training.
- Support both voice and non-voice teams.
