The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Coordinator and Sourcer to join our Talent team. In this role, you will partner with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing logistics, and providing support to candidates and hiring partners.
Additionally, you will leverage your sourcing skills to identify and attract top talent through various channels. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our recruitment efforts, improve processes, and play a key role in shaping our organizations talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination:

Partner closely with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to facilitate and streamline the interview process.

Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate logistics with accuracy and timeliness.

Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging journey that reflects our commitment to attracting top talent.

Support Talent Managers with job creation, as well as onboarding coordination and support.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Support efforts to standardize and document the hiring process.
Sourcing:

Utilize sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches to identify and engage qualified candidates.

Provide innovative and scalable sourcing solutions to drive a robust talent pipeline.

Conduct proactive sourcing activities to identify potential candidates across various roles and departments, with a focus on passive candidates.

Review and screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Collaborate with the Talent Manager to develop effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
Process and Partnership:

Develop scalable processes and resources to enhance efficiency while maintaining a personal touch.

Cultivate productive relationships with cross-functional partners.

Communicate professionally and proactively with all stakeholders.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days, this individual will:

Be fully ramped on our ATS, scheduling tools, and interview process end-to-end.

Own interview scheduling and logistics independently for all open requisitions, with minimal oversight from the Talent Manager.

Have built strong working relationships with hiring managers and interview panels, understanding their availability, preferences, and process nuances.

Consistently deliver a candidate experience that’s accurate, timely, and reflects well on the business.

Be actively supporting background and reference check coordination as a routine part of the process.

Have supported the successful close of multiple hires end-to-end from a coordination standpoint.
Over two quarters, success includes:

Having the trust and process fluency to take on resume review, screening candidates for baseline qualifications and fit before they reach the Talent Manager.
