About the role
We are hiring a Technical Recruiter with demonstrated ownership of the full hiring lifecycle and the ability to operate with clarity, structure, and consistency. This role requires a professional who is comfortable managing complex hiring pipelines, partnering with senior leaders, and recruiting for niche and high-impact roles across engineering and supporting functions. The ideal candidate brings discipline, accountability, and an informed understanding of talent markets, particularly within technology.
What you’ll get to do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement intake, sourcing, assessment, stakeholder alignment, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute structured sourcing strategies to engage strong talent across active and passive markets.
- Build trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and organizational priorities.
- Maintain and continuously develop a pipeline of technical and leadership candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to streamline hiring processes, support workforce planning, and contribute to long-term talent strategy.
- Utilize recruitment systems, reporting, and data to drive transparency, measure progress, and support process improvements.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have:
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to high-growth or technology-led environments.
- Demonstrated capability in sourcing and engaging passive candidates using structured research methods and diverse talent channels.
- Proven experience hiring senior-level engineering talent and technical leadership roles.
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to set clear expectations, provide structured updates, and drive alignment through delivery.
- Experience hiring across multiple functional areas, including Engineering, Product, Business, and Commercial roles.
- High degree of ownership, self-management, and follow-through.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR systems, and ability to apply data to refine hiring decisions and workflows.
- Clear, structured approach to communication and documentation.
- Strong commercial understanding of how effective hiring supports organizational priorities and workforce growth.
