Job Summary
The Strategic Reporting Consultant (SRC) is a senior-level analyst responsible for defining, governing, and executing Luminare Health’s end-to-end reporting strategy across all lines of business.
This role serves as an authority on data usage, metric definitions, performance measurement, and reporting standards, ensuring outputs are consistent, accurate, and aligned with contractual obligations and business objectives, including growth, retention, and performance. Acting as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, clients, and brokers, the role translates complex data into actionable insights and identifies future solutions that drive enterprise reporting frameworks and enable report optimization to meet stakeholder’s needs.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the SRC leads enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver a high-value reporting roadmap.
Key responsibilities include:
•Lead the enterprise reporting strategy, establishing and enforcing standardized metric definitions, data governance standards, reporting policies, and best practices across the organization.
•Drive the strategic roadmap and prioritization of reporting and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder needs, and enterprise value creation.
•Own the end-to-end delivery, adoption, and measurable business impact of enterprise reporting solutions, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and exceptional user experiences.
•Partner with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, clients, and broker partners to translate complex business requirements into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.
•Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on reporting and analytics capabilities, guiding data-driven decision-making and advancing reporting maturity across the organization.
•Lead large-scale, enterprise-critical projects and transformation initiatives, leveraging analytical expertise, governance excellence, and stakeholder influence to deliver successful outcomes.
•Establish and oversee reporting application governance, data quality controls, and validation processes to ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable reporting outputs.
•Evaluate, prioritize, and implement enhancements to reporting content, tools, and capabilities, balancing business value, operational efficiency, and user needs.
•Develop and deliver training, system demonstrations, and thought leadership that promote self-service analytics adoption and maximize the value of reporting solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
•Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to reporting analysts, project teams, and cross-functional partners, fostering analytical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related analytical or healthcare field with 5 years of progressive experience within enterprise-scale data, analytics, and reporting strategy initiatives
•Proven track record of defining and scaling enterprise reporting and data governance strategies, including KPI standardization, data quality frameworks, and regulatory/contractual reporting alignment
•5+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance ecosystems (payer, provider, PBM, or analytics/data platforms) with deep understanding of industry data models and business drivers
