We are looking for a Strategic Client Relationship Manager to own and grow complex enterprise client relationships across wealth management and insurance.

You will be the senior point of accountability for the client relationship—responsible for client satisfaction, retention, delivery confidence, commercial performance, executive alignment, and expansion .

This is not a traditional account-management role. You will need to understand the client's business deeply, challenge assumptions, connect Advisor360° capabilities to measurable business outcomes, and orchestrate our organization around the client's priorities.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

Account & Relationship Leadership

- Own the client relationship end to end, including relationship health, retention, delivery confidence, and commercial performance.

- Build relationships across the C-suite, wealth leadership, operations, compliance, technology, finance, and field leadership —not just IT and delivery.

- Maintain a clear, objective view of account health, risks, opportunities, and executive relationships.

- Establish governance, decision rights, escalation paths, executive sponsorship, and regular operating rhythms.

Client Outcomes & Value

- Anchor the partnership in measurable client outcomes, including:

-
- Advisor productivity

- Account-opening and onboarding time

- Asset growth

- Operational cost per account

- Client experience

- Build joint success plans and scorecards with the client.

- Quantify value delivered and be transparent about where outcomes have not yet been achieved.

- Shift executive conversations from product releases and tickets to business progress and outcomes .

Executive Partnership & Strategic Insight

- Develop trusted relationships with senior client executives and confidently deliver difficult messages when necessary.

- Bring an informed point of view using Advisor360° research, benchmarks, and anonymized cross-client insights.

- Challenge client requests when they do not align with their stated business objectives.

- Help clients understand opportunities and risks they may not see internally.

Internal Orchestration

- Act as the client's advocate and orchestrate Advisor360° across Product, Engineering, Service, Operations, and Leadership .

- Engage internal teams early to prevent issues from becoming escalations.

- Ensure client commitments are understood, accepted, and achievable internally.

- During incidents, own the client narrative, remediation plan, communication, and follow-through.

Commercial Ownership

- Own renewal, retention, and expansion outcomes.

- Manage contracts, pricing, scope, and commercial change with discipline.

- Identify and develop expansion opportunities based on demonstrated client value.

- Maintain an honest commercial forecast and surface risks early.
