【Sales Staff Wanted】YOKAI JAPAN | Perfume Sales Staff | No Experience Required!

We are recruiting sales staff for "YOKAI JAPAN," a new brand from TAIMATSU Co., Ltd.

YOKAI JAPAN is rooted in the Japanese concept of "Yokai." It is based on the idea that invisible experiences and emotions can take on unique forms. Through this lens, our perfume line captures fleeting Japanese scenes, condenses them into fragrance, and imbues each bottle with the spirit of Japan.

【Recruitment Overview】

・Little to no experience required (beginners welcome!)

【Main Job Responsibilities】
・Customer service and sales
・Store cleaning and merchandise display management
・Duty-free procedures and interpretation support
・Inventory management and merchandise management

【Ideal Candidate】
▼Preferred Qualifications
・Native-level or business-level proficiency in Japanese
・Native-level or business-level proficiency in English
・Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
・Excellent communication and customer service skills
・Sales experience (experience in the perfume, cosmetics, or luxury sales industries is a plus!)
・Knowledge of perfumes, fragrances, or perfumery/fragrance ingredients is a plus!

・Operation hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
・Shift system: 4 hours or more per day; flexible scheduling available
・Break time: 45 minutes for shifts of 6 hours or more; 60 minutes for 8-hour shifts

【Compensation & Reimbursement】
▼Salary
・Hourly wage: 1,200-2,000 yen (determined based on knowledge, length of service, and contribution)
・Commuting expenses reimbursed (up to 20,000 yen per month)
