About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of healthcare infrastructure. You’ll work across the stack to design and ship high-performance software that integrates with real-world clinical workflows, revenue cycle systems, and patient data pipelines.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in product-oriented engineering , wants to own features end-to-end, and is passionate about solving meaningful problems in healthcare using cutting-edge technologies.

What You’ll Do
Build high-performance frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript

Design and implement real-time, privacy-aware APIs and microservices in Java

Work with LLMs and third-party APIs to generate intelligent summaries and recommendations
Integrate with healthcare platforms (e.g. EMRs, PMs, clearinghouses) through APIs or user interfaces
Optimize for speed, reliability, and usability across a variety of workflows
Collaborate closely with product, design, and compliance teams to ensure our tools are secure, HIPAA-compliant, and delightful to use

You Have

2+ years of experience writing production Java (Spring Boot preferred)
5+ years of experience across the stack (frontend/backend/cloud)
Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling

Experience working with Redis , AWS infrastructure , and real-time APIs

Familiarity with LLMs, AI tooling , or interest in integrating smart agent workflows
A bias toward shipping fast , making pragmatic decisions, and iterating
A high degree of autonomy and ownership—you’re comfortable architecting, implementing, and scaling solutions from scratch

Previous work building internal tools, Chrome extensions, or productivity apps
Familiarity with observability tools like Sentry, PostHog, or Honeycomb
