Why You’ll Love This Role

As Cribl continues to grow across EMEA, we are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to drive growth across France, Iberia and Italy.

This is a highly cross-functional go-to-market role combining strategic planning, relationship management and hands-on execution. You will work closely with regional sales and channel leadership to develop and deliver integrated marketing plans that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities and strengthen our customer and partner communities.

You will act as a trusted marketing partner to the Southern European business, using market insight, performance data and strong regional relationships to identify opportunities and maximise marketing’s impact.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

- Develop and execute integrated regional marketing plans aligned with the Southern European leadership team.

- Deliver direct and partner-led programs that support new-logo acquisition, customer expansion and opportunity acceleration.

- Work closely with sales, SDR and channel teams to identify regional priorities, target audiences and opportunities for growth.

- Build an effective mix of field events, digital campaigns, partner programs and customer initiatives across France, Iberia and Italy.

- Partner with global marketing teams, including digital, communications and brand, to adapt programs for regional markets while maintaining consistent messaging and execution.

- Support the full enterprise buyer journey, from awareness and engagement through to conversion, expansion and advocacy.

- Manage regional marketing budgets, track programme performance and report on pipeline contribution and return on investment.

- Use data, experimentation and market feedback to continually improve program effectiveness.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners across the region.

- We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

- 7+ of regional or field marketing experience within cybersecurity or enterprise IT markets.

- Fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

- Spanish and/or Italian language skills are advantageous but not essential.

- A proven record of developing and executing integrated field, digital and partner marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.

- Experience supporting both new-logo acquisition and customer expansion in complex enterprise markets.

- A strong understanding of the enterprise buyer journey and how events, campaigns, partners and customer programs can influence each stage.

- A commercial, analytical and outcome-focused approach, with a strong interest in measurement, experimentation and continuous improvement.

- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Experience managing regional budgets and measuring program performance and ROI.

- Willingness to travel across the region, typically around 25% of the time.

- We are a remote-first company
