- Monitor margin performance on spot business and surface trends to sales and operations leadership
- Maintain lane-level pricing benchmarks using TMS data and market rate tools (DAT, Truckstop, or similar)
- Collaborate with carrier sales and account management to align spot pricing with available capacity
- Track win/loss ratios on quoted lanes and contribute to ongoing pricing strategy improvements
- Support ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting requests

- 2–4 years of experience in freight pricing, carrier sales, or logistics operations within a North American trucking or brokerage environment
- Solid understanding of US spot market dynamics and FTL lane pricing
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with TMS platforms and rate tools (DAT, Truckstop, or similar) strongly preferred
- Analytical mindset with the ability to balance competitive pricing and margin discipline
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving quoting environment
- Clear communicator who works well across sales and operations teams

Nice to Have
