Speech Pathologist – Telehealth | Flexible Remote Role

Flexible | 3–5 Days Per Week | Fully Remote | Salaried Position

Are you a passionate Speech Pathologist looking for the flexibility of working remotely while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents and young adults?

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist telehealth private practice seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join their supportive and values-driven team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working with neurodivergent clients and is passionate about strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming practice.
The Opportunity

Part-time/Full-Time position , with the flexibility to work approximately 3–5 days per week

- Flexible working hours — shorter or longer days can be accommodated

- Fully remote / telehealth-based

- Salaried position

- Salary equivalent of approximately $43–$54 per hour , depending on experience

- Opportunity to work with clients approximately 5–21 years of age

- Supportive and collaborative clinical environment

- Strong focus on professional development and quality clinical care

- Opportunity to work with a diverse caseload while developing your areas of clinical interest

About You

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist who:

- Has at least 2 years of clinical experience

- Is passionate about working with neurodivergent children, adolescents and young adults

- Has a strong commitment to strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming practice

- Is confident delivering therapy via telehealth or interested in developing their telehealth skills

- Takes a person-centred approach and is focused on improving participation, communication and quality of life

- Is a strong communicator who enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and families

- Is motivated, professional and able to work independently within a supportive team
