By joining our team as an Specialist, Site Partnerships , you will support the strategic direction of our relationship with clinical research sites and site networks as they are supported by Care Access’ Future of Medicine program and other product offerings.

The Specialist, Site Partnerships will drive forward our key site relationships to ensure the successful usage of Care Access’ innovative tools and services while helping sites and sponsors meet their goals. The Specialist will also support the scaling of our site partnership program internally, to better inform how and when we work with sites. Time relevant: for this phase of hiring, there is additional responsibility that comes with being the first in this role and the first of two members on this team. There are no playbooks, processes, or onboarding that exists – this individual will have to operate within deep ambiguity and requires a signficant level of independence, drive, and intuitive decision-making skills.

What You’ll Be Working On:

- Own and manage all aspects of a strategic site relationship. Some of the associated tasks may include:
- Driving and developing site in implementing new tools and workflows to optimize their recruitment, enrollment, and retention

- Solutions engineering to non-standard questions and requests from sites with little guidance, but that fit within the executive vision and growth of key business arms including Future of Medicine, Sponsor relationships, etc.

- Identify opportunities for partnership expansion and the internal and external parties needed to support that expansion - If applicable, working with the site through site partnership opportunities like co-branded events, sponsor facing communication, webinars, and more

- Manage the site partnership program internally. This includes:
- Rolling out processes and tools to effectively identify a site’s relationship with the Future of Medicine program for more effective support (e.g. site certification program).

- Collaborate on enhanced tools, communication plans, and workstreams to support sites depending on their partnership status

- Collaborate with leadership on identifying partnership opportunities among gold sites.

- Bring a process improvement mindset to the program, which allows you to identify challenges with internal processes and construct action plans to address them. They should be able to identify and include the appropriate personnel on approval and implementation.

- Represent the company in in-person and virtual settings that could include executive and c-suite members of site partners, site networks, and SMOs, including but not limited to site visits, conferences, etc.

- Build expertise on how to navigate and backchannel the layers of bureaucracy within a site to obtain the appropriate buy-in and approvals for the implementation of key services and technology (e.g. AI counsel for Peter Thatcher, leadership buy-in for CSC top line business drivers, etc)

- Serve as an SME internally on site workflows when it comes to their larger recruitment strategies, and what tools/features allow them to be most effective.
