Position: Mexican Spanish expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $10/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 1-2 weeks
Commitment: 1-3 hours/day
Role Responsibilities

- Make outbound and inbound calls to test the CX agent's responses and behavior.

- Follow basic prompts and scenarios provided for testing.

- Provide feedback on conversation flow and user experience.

- Work independently to ensure clear and structured feedback.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Native or fluent Mexican Spanish speaker.

- Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality.

- Available to start immediately.
