Solutions Architect (Enterprise )

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive architectural plans that translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions.

- Alignment with Business: Ensure solutions align with business goals, strategies, and operational needs.

- Technical Guidance: Provide expertise to guide development teams in building solutions that meet technical and business requirements.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge understanding and achieve consensus.

- System Integration: Create designs that seamlessly integrate new solutions with existing systems and processes.

- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in proposed solutions, offering mitigation strategies.

- Documentation: Document architectural designs, decisions, and rationale for future reference and knowledge sharing.

- Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Tertiary qualification in related field (Degree, Diploma and/or Certifications)

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.

- In-depth understanding of business processes, enterprise architecture, and technology trends.

- Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of industry-standard architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

- Familiarity with a wide range of technologies and platforms.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Relevant certifications in architecture (e.g., Google Cloud, TOGAF, etc.) are a plus.
