Solution Architect

Overview One Identity provides identity security solutions that help customers secure access and reduce operational complexity across on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments. We are seeking a hands-on Solution Architect focused on Privileged Access Management , primarily Safeguard. You will translate customer requirements into technical solution designs, guide implementation teams, and ensure architectures are secure, scalable, and supportable. Over time, the role can expand into adjacent One Identity products. Responsibilities - Own solution architecture from discovery through design, implementation guidance, and go-live support - Lead technical workshops to capture requirements, constraints, integrations, and non-functional needs - Produce high-quality deliverables: HLD/LLD, decision logs, assumptions, scope boundaries, and risk controls - Define integration patterns (directory services, MFA, ITSM, target systems, API-based integrations) - Guide consultants and engineers, act as technical authority, and support issue resolution - Ensure alignment with best practices, product capabilities, and customer operating models Qualifications - Strong experience in IAM, PAM, security architecture, or enterprise access platforms - Solid understanding of enterprise environments, integration patterns, and security fundamentals - Ability to explain technical decisions clearly to technical teams and business stakeholders - Experience delivering structured documentation and governing technical decisions - Comfort working across multiple customers/projects in a distributed environment - Certifications are a plus, but proven delivery experience matters most What we offer - Remote-first, international delivery environment with strong peer support - Exposure to complex enterprise customers and real-world identity security challenges - Competitive compensation and benefits, plus clear growth opportunities - High impact role with senior stakeholder exposure and ownership across delivery outcomes Company Description One Identity enables organizations of all sizes to better secure, manage, monitor, protect, and analyze information and infrastructure to help fuel innovation and drive their businesses forward.
