We're looking for someone who is excited about social media, influencer marketing, and building an engaged community around our brand.

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media & UGC Manager to own our Instagram and TikTok presence.

Your biggest responsibility is creating a reliable stream of great content by building relationships with creators, managing influencer collaborations, and turning that content into an engaging social media presence.

This is a long-term, remote role for someone who is proactive, organized, and loves helping brands grow.

What You'll Do

UGC & Influencer Marketing (Highest Priority)

-Research and identify creators who fit the Trill Paws brand.

-Reach out to influencers and UGC creators.

-Coordinate gifting campaigns and product shipments.

-Build long-term relationships with creators.

-Maintain a pipeline of fresh content every month.

-Track collaborations and follow up to ensure content is delivered.

Social Media Management

-Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.

-Schedule and publish content on Instagram and TikTok.

-Write engaging captions that match our brand voice.

-Respond to comments and direct messages.

-Engage with other accounts in the pet community.

-Monitor trends and recommend content ideas.

Content Editing

-Polish creator content when needed.

-Add captions, hooks, music, and branding.

-Repurpose one video into multiple pieces of content across Instagram and TikTok.

Reporting

-Share a simple weekly report covering:

-Top-performing content

-Engagement

-Influencer progress

-Ideas for the following week

What We're Looking For

-Excellent written English.

-Experience managing Instagram and TikTok.

-Experience working with influencers or UGC creators.

-Comfortable editing short-form video using CapCut (or similar).

-Canva experience.

-Highly organized and dependable.

-Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction.

-Passion for dogs is a huge plus.

Bonus Skills

-Shopify experience.

-Experience with e-commerce brands.

-Meta Business Suite.

-TikTok Creator Marketplace.

-Basic graphic design.

Hours

-Approximately 10 hours per week.

-Flexible schedule.

-Some overlap with U.S. Pacific Time is preferred.

What Success Looks Like

After 90 days, we'd love to see:

-A consistent flow of new UGC from creators each month.

-Instagram and TikTok posting consistently.

-An engaged community that responds to our content.

-Organized influencer partnerships and follow-ups.

-Fresh content ideas being brought to the team regularly.
