About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist for a full-time, long-term role based in Manila, Philippines. In this position, you will be responsible for driving high-quality, local home restoration leads through targeted Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) while building a cohesive, engaging social media presence.

The ideal candidate understands how to combine direct-response media buying with compelling visual content creation to lower Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) and turn online traffic into booked appointments.

Qualifications

1. Strong social media skills, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.

2. Solid understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, especially in performance-based campaigns and lead generation.

3. Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

4. Experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid social media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads Manager or similar tools).

5. Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret key metrics, and make informed decisions to improve results.

6. Strong writing skills for ad copy and social posts, with attention to detail and brand tone.

7. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

8. Previous experience in home services, construction, or related industries is a plus.

9. Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, or digital media is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities

1.Paid Ad Campaign Management (Lead Generation):

- Design, launch, and optimize high-converting lead generation ad campaigns across Facebook , Instagram, and local paid channels.

- Continuously test ad creatives, copy variations, hooks, and audience targeting segments to maximize ROI and lower CPL.

Track and report on key KPIs (CPL, ROAS, click-through rates, and conversion rates) using campaign dashboards.

2.Content Creation & Social Media Management:

- Plan, draft, and schedule engaging organic social media content (posts, stories, reels, project spotlights, before/after showcases).

- Design eye-catching graphics and short-form video assets that align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.

- Monitor social channels, engage with comments/messages, and foster local community trust.

3.Strategy & Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand service offerings (roofing, storm damage, siding, exterior restoration) and translate them into compelling customer offers.

- Submit fresh ad creative concepts and campaign strategy proposals regularly for approval.

- Contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives to support continuous company growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven Experience: 2 years managing paid lead generation campaigns (Meta Ads Manager) with a track record of generating qualified local service/contractor leads.

- Content & Design Skills: Strong working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite, plus experience creating high-converting short-form video content/reels.

- Analytics Mindset: Proficient in setting up Meta Pixel/Conversions API, custom lead form tracking, and interpreting ad metrics to drive data-based optimizations.

- Communication & Reliability: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate with the team.

- Industry Familiarity (Plus): Prior experience in home services, roofing, construction, or restoration lead gen is a huge plus!

Compensation & Schedule

• Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week), Long-Term, Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm CST

• Starting Rate: $579/month (Initial 30-day paid onboarding/trial period with opportunity for salary increase upon performance review)

• Growth Opportunity: Performance evaluation at Day 30, Day 90, 6 months and Yearly, with salary increase and performance bonus potential based on qualified lead metrics generated.
