Social Media & Community Management Virtual Assistant (US/Remote)

We’re hiring a proactive and highly independent Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing, personal-brand-led coaching business. This role focuses on managing social media content, engaging with the community, overseeing inbound messages, and identifying potential leads.
This is not a sales or closing position. You’ll use your judgment to recognize potential prospects and route them to the sales team for follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, publish, and manage content across social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments using the brand’s tone and voice.
- Manage email and social media inboxes.
- Identify potential prospects in emails, comments, and DMs.
- Route qualified opportunities to the sales team with clear context.
- Independently determine which messages require a response, escalation, or sales handoff.
- Keep content and communication workflows organized.
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency when appropriate.

- Strong written communication and professional judgment.
- Ability to work independently without constant instructions or supervision.
- Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote environment.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Assistant, Community Manager, or similar remote role.
- Able to recognize sales opportunities without attempting to close them.
- Organized, proactive, and reliable.
- Interested in building a stable, long-term working relationship.

Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a coaching business, personal brand, or fast-growing small business.
- Familiarity with media buying and basic paid advertising concepts.
- Experience using AI tools as part of a daily workflow.
- Previous experience managing high-volume inboxes or online communities.
