SMS Campaign Manager – International Marketing Company (US Health & Wellness Clients)

ABOUT US

We are an international marketing company. We work as an agency for big health and wellness clients in the US, and we run their offers, funnels, traffic and customer messaging.

SMS is a big part of what we do for these clients. Now we need one person who owns the day-to-day sending and makes the numbers better every week.

THE ROLE

You will manage promotional SMS campaigns for our US health and wellness clients, sent to subscribers who opted in. Everything technical is already in place: the client brands are registered and approved, the sending routes are set up, and we have built our own sending dashboard. You don't need to be a developer.

What you will do:

- Log in every day and run several campaigns at once, across different clients and routes

- Set the limits and caps in our dashboard, d ---------- how fast to send, and when to slow down, pause or push more volume

- Plan when each send goes out: which days, which times, how volume is spread through the day

- Watch delivery, clicks, opt-outs, complaints and errors, and act fast when something drops

- Understand what we are sending, who we are sending it to, and where the link goes (the funnel after the click)

- Run and improve our AI-first copy process. We use AI tools to write and test SMS copy, and you d ---------- what goes out and what wins

- Send a short daily report with the numbers and what you would change tomorrow

- Tell us what our dashboard is missing. If you have used other SMS platforms, we want your ideas

MUST HAVE

- You have personally managed SMS campaigns sent to the US market (not only email , not only the Philippines)

- You can show real numbers from campaigns you ran (sent, delivered, clicks, opt-outs)

- Strong with numbers and spreadsheets

- Clear written English. You will be working on messages for Americans

NICE TO HAVE

- SMS for US health, wellness or supplement brands. This is the person we are really looking for

- Postscript, Klaviyo, Attentive or similar SMS work for US e-commerce brands (even one client counts)

- Running many campaigns at the same time across different routes or providers

- Experience with 10DLC or toll-free sending and carrier filtering

- Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) in your daily work

- SMS for other US industries (real estate, appointment setting, lead follow-up, etc.). Tell us exactly what you did

WHAT WE OFFER

- Starting at USD 1,200/month full time (40 hrs/week). Part time is also OK, paid pro rata

- This is a starting rate. If you are a rock star in this niche, there is a lot more on the table, and pay grows with results and volume
