Position: Sinhala Voice & QA Experts
Type: Contract
Compensation: $8–$12/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: Hourly
Role Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls in Sinhala following provided scenarios.

- QA calls for accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness.

- QA other Sinhala conversations and flag linguistic or quality issues.

- Provide clear written feedback.

- Participate in check-ins as needed.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Native or fluent Sinhala speaker.

- Based in Sri Lanka .

- Strong attention to detail.

- Clear written communication.

Preferred

- Customer service experience.

- Data annotation / QA experience.
