Scaliency is a fast-growing growth marketing agency producing content for 25+ local service businesses and personal brands. Our content volume is scaling quickly, and we're building a dedicated team of 3 full-time editors to keep up.

Who we're looking for

We want skilled, detail-oriented editors who take pride in their craft. This isn't a template-and-go CapCut role. We're looking for people who understand pacing, polish, and what makes short-form content perform.

What you'll do

Edit 5–10 short-form videos per day

Match the style of our reference videos with precision

Add captions, animations, transitions, and stabilization

Deliver clean, consistent, on-brand edits for multiple clients

What makes this role easier than most

Our footage prep team handles the heavy lifting before it reaches you. Clips arrive already cut, and often color graded, so you can focus on the creative finishing work that makes a video stand out.

Compensation

$20–$25 per video

At 5–10 videos a day, that's $100–$250 per day in earning potential

Steady, full-time volume from an agency that's actively growing

Requirements

Portfolio of short-form work (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional software

Ability to consistently hit daily output without sacrificing quality

Strong communication and reliability

Once hired, you'll be onboarded into our systems, including ClickUp, where you'll receive assignments, track deadlines, and communicate with the team. Everything is organized so you always know what's next.
