Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shopify Virtual Assistant to help manage our Shopify store operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using Shopify, especially in creating and printing shipping labels, processing orders.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of our Shopify store.

Process customer orders and fulfill orders accurately.

Create, generate, and print shipping labels through Shopify.

Check order details, shipping addresses, and tracking information.

Organize products into collections and categories.

Monitor order statuses and ensure timely fulfillment.

Follow company procedures and complete assigned tasks on time.

Communicate with the team regarding order issues or other store concerns.

Requirements

Proven experience using Shopify.

Must know how to create and print Shopify shipping labels.

Experience processing and fulfilling orders.

Familiarity with product listings and inventory management.

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good written English communication skills.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable work setup.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 1–3 years of Shopify VA experience.

Experience handling daily e-commerce store operations.

Salary and Work Arrangement

Monthly Salary: $450 USD

Full-time, remote position.
