Job Description:

Overview
The Enterprise Digital Solutions Team is seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to support ongoing SPFx development, modernization, and maintenance of our SharePoint applications. This role is part-time (15-20 hours per week) and ideal for a seasoned developer who is highly proficient in SPFx and Power Platform/PowerApp/PowerBI technologies. The candidate will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to design and deliver scalable SharePoint solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Support the SharePoint team and developers by serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for SharePoint and Power Platform, in addition to delivering on assigned project work.

- Provide guidance and support to Strategic Delivery Manages and SharePoint Developer as needed.

Additional Ad Hoc Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx

- Build and automate processes using Power Apps and Power Automate

- Create responsive, user-friendly SharePoint pages, components, and web parts

- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services as needed

- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint technical issues, configuration challenges, and performance concerns

- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Ensure solutions follow best practices for governance, security, accessibility, and maintainability

- Document technical designs, workflows, and solution architecture

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a SharePoint Developer

- Strong experience with SharePoint Online and SPFx development (React, TypeScript, Node.js)

- Hands-on experience building solutions with Power Apps

- Experience creating automated workflows with Power Automate

- Experience implementing data visualizations with PowerBI

- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, lists/libraries, and site collections

- Experience with Angular, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and integrating SharePoint with other M365 tools

- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity and deliver high-quality results

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Azure Functions or other Azure services

- Experience supporting enterprise-level SharePoint environments

Work Schedule
