SEO & GEO Manager

We are seeking a commercially driven SEO & GEO Manager to own how Culligan is found, understood and recommended across both traditional search engines and AI-driven answer engines. Organic discovery is one of our highest-return acquisition channels, and this role owns the strategy, delivery and measurement behind it end to end.

You will be accountable for growing high-quality organic traffic, leads and revenue across our B2B and consumer propositions — covering technical SEO, content and topical authority, digital PR and authority building, and local/multi-location search. Alongside this, you will build our Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) capability: making Culligan the cited, trusted source in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI assistants.
