What You'll Be Responsible For:

- Full technical audit of 3 WordPress sites

- Creating and executing a rebuild roadmap

- Managing external developers and contractors

- Cleaning up plugin stack and technical debt

- Improving site speed (Core Web Vitals)

- Ensuring SEO-safe migration and structure

- Overseeing hosting, security and scalability

- Implementing clean tracking (GA4, GTM, conversion tracking)

- Creating a stable environment so marketing can move fast

You report directly to the CEO.
