As a Senior Systems & Automation Manager , you will own the systems and process automations that enable Spryker 's teams to work effectively and scale globally. HubSpot will be a key platform, but your responsibility will cover the wider systems landscape.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Technology and Innovation , you will be Spryker 's primary owner and subject-matter expert for systems and automations. As an individual contributor, you will work across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Data, Security, and Technology to ensure our systems are reliable, connected, well governed, and fit for purpose. You will combine hands-on system ownership with roadmap planning, process improvement, stakeholder management and user enablement.
You will:
- Own the administration, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of HubSpot and Spryker 's wider systems ecosystem.
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, integrations, workflows, automations, and reporting improvements.
- Maintain data quality, access controls, documentation, system reliability, and consistent processes across the revenue lifecycle.
- Lead system projects, including tool evaluations, implementations, migrations, testing, rollouts, and user enablement.
- Partner with stakeholders and vendors to improve adoption, reduce manual work, and build a practical systems roadmap.
WHAT YOU NEED
Experience & Expertise:
- 7+ years of experience in revenue systems, business systems, CRM administration, or Revenue Operations technology, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot, including configuration, workflows, data models, permissions, reporting, and governance.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle and experience managing systems across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and related teams.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, data quality, automation, systems projects, vendor management, and cross-functional change.
- Experience in commerce, e-commerce, or a complex B2B technology environment is a plus.
Technical Toolkit:
- HubSpot, NetSuite, n8n, and other CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, customer success, CPQ, billing, enrichment, data, and reporting platforms.
- Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data modelling, integration platforms, analytics, and reporting tools; SQL or data warehouse experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and similar collaboration and documentation platforms.

- Structured, pragmatic, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- A clear communicator and collaborative partner who can work independently as an individual contributor in an international, remote-first environment.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are nice to have but not mandatory.
