Senior Supply Chain & Inventory Manager (E-commerce, bol.com / Amazon FBA style) | Full-Time, Long-Term

Salary:

$2,000 per month base + $500 monthly bonus when all 3 KPIs are met (up to $2,500 per month)

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. At least 4 hours overlap with Dutch office hours (08:00-12:00 CET = 15:00-19:00 PH time).

About us:

WDM Brands is a fast-growing Dutch e-commerce company selling our own brands on ---------- , the largest marketplace in the Netherlands. We sell around 100 core products, sourced from China. Our team of about 10 people works fully remote, most of them in the Philippines. You will own our full stock flow: from forecast to the moment a product is sellable.

What you will do:

-Forecast demand per product, including seasonality

-D ---------- what to order, how much and when (up to €10,000 on your own)

-Book and track shipments from China to the Netherlands (sea and rail)

-Plan inbound shipments to our warehouse and to ---------- fulfilment (similar to Amazon FBA)

-Keep stock levels right and solve stock errors and disputes

-Report your KPIs every Monday, with a solution when a number is off track

Your 3 KPIs:

-No out-of-stocks on our top 20 products (max 2 stock-out days per month in total)

-Days of stock on core products stays under 100 days

-At least 90% of shipments arrive within 5 days of the planned ETA

You must have (no exceptions):

-5+ years in supply chain or inventory planning, of which 2+ years in e-commerce (Amazon FBA, ---------- or a 3PL)

-Booked shipments from China yourself (LCL and FCL), and worked with freight forwarders and customs documents

-Built your own forecasts and reorder calculations in Excel or Google Sheets

-Fluent English

-This is your only full-time job
