Job Description:

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Java applications and microservices using REST and Spring Boot.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.

- Lead technical design sessions, architecture discussions, and code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

- Upgrade and optimize existing Java and Spring-based applications, improving performance and resolving any legacy issues.

- Implement Hibernate for data interaction, ensuring best practices in ORM (Object-Relational Mapping).

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or QA teams, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers, promoting awareness of best practices in software development.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and technologies, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our applications.

- Document design processes, technical specifications, and system configurations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Solid experience in Java Development and Core Java (5+ years preferred).

- Proven experience in microservices architecture using REST and Spring Boot.

- Extensive knowledge of Hibernate and experience in working with relational databases.

- Strong design and architecture skills, with experience upgrading Java and Spring frameworks.

- Familiarity with modern development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.

- Proficient in version control systems, preferably Git.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
