-
Quality & Testing: Champion automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers (utilizing tools like Cypress) to maintain high test coverage, rapid CI/CD deployment, and low defect rates.

-
AI Workflow Integration: Leverage modern AI tools and automated developer workflows to accelerate feature delivery, optimize code quality, and weave intelligent capabilities into platform user experiences.

Performance & Observability: Monitor and tune web performance metrics and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 compliance), leveraging Datadog dashboards and logs to eliminate UI bottlenecks.

-
Technical Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate squad coding standards, fostering technical growth across earlier-career engineers.

-
Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Product Management, Design, QA, and Backend teams in an Agile environment to refine technical specifications and build intuitive customer features.

-
Documentation & Standards: Produce clear architectural documentation and technical specifications to share domain context and ensure long-term codebase health.

-
Testing & Quality Culture: Proven experience writing testable code and building comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E test suites (e.g., Cypress, Jest) as a standard practice in the development lifecycle.

-
AI Literacy & Productivity: Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience leveraging AI tools, LLMs, or automated coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to boost developer velocity and code reliability.

-
