Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst based in United States.

As a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a key role in guiding ServiceNow projects from requirements through successful delivery.
You will work closely with client stakeholders and virtual project teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
The role combines business analysis, process improvement, relationship management, and change management.
You will support workshops, demonstrations, testing, documentation, and iterative project delivery.
Working across both Agile and traditional methodologies, you will help streamline processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
You will also promote ServiceNow best practices and maintain a strong understanding of each client's business and implemented solutions.
This is a fully remote opportunity with occasional travel and opportunities to grow through training and certifications.

Accountabilities:
- Partner with client stakeholders and internal team members to gather, clarify, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable requirements for technical delivery.

- Coordinate and support client workshops, demonstrations, testing activities, and project iterations to help ensure a smooth end-to-end delivery lifecycle.

- Advocate for solution quality, effective organizational change management, and adherence to ServiceNow industry best practices.

- Maintain comprehensive and continuous project documentation, ensuring requirements and key project information remain clear and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

- Develop a strong understanding of implemented ServiceNow solutions and the client's business processes, goals, and operational needs.

- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, automate repetitive activities, and improve efficiency across project lifecycles.

- Collaborate effectively with distributed and virtual teams while maintaining strong client relationships throughout delivery.

Requirements:

- At least 4 years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow customers.

- Strong experience working directly with client stakeholders, gathering requirements, improving business processes, and defining effective solutions.

- Demonstrated relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience supporting organizational change management and guiding clients through business and technology transformation.

- Ability to identify opportunities for automation, streamlining, and efficiency improvements throughout project delivery.

- Experience working with both Agile and traditional waterfall project methodologies.

- Familiarity with basic ServiceNow platform administration; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.

- Working knowledge of the ITIL framework and ServiceNow best practices.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work and doing what is right for clients and project teams.

- Comfortable collaborating with remote and virtual teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.

- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
