What You’ll Do

The Config Team are looking to add an experienced SAP AMS Support Consultant with a background in SAP Basis to join our dynamic and expanding AMS team.

The Senior SAP AMS Support Consultant is critical for managing and delivering day-to-day client requirements including service requests, incident resolution, problem management and minor changes aligned to ITIL Methodology and service level agreements. This role involves resolving complex issues and providing strategic advice to improve SAP-related processes.

You will be expected to own SAP support related activities across SAP Basis and S&A, whilst providing support of other technologies including the range of TCT products and mobile technology.

Required Skills
-
Strong knowledge of SAP Basis.

Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

-
Experience with SAP Netweaver, S/4 HANA, Fiori, PO, Solution Manager, Public Cloud, BTP, RISE.

Experience with system copies/refreshes, performance tuning, problem analysis and resolution.

Relevant SAP certification, in the following areas – BASIS Admin, S4 Admin, System Migration, Database (HANA) Admin.

Desired Skills
-
Extensive experience with SAP Public Cloud systems including BTP, IBP, ALM, S4, IAS.

Functional and/or configuration experience within any other SAP module.

Experience of using or implementing mobile solutions either in SAP ITS or using a Third-Party Product with SAP.

Familiar with the integration between different SAP modules.

Experience of system testing.

-
Able to investigate ABAP issues and bugs.
