Senior Sales Manager (WFH)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the sales strategy to grow revenue across the global market.

2. Identify, pitch and close new accounts across retail, convenience, pharmacy, gyms, corporate and distribution channels

3. Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts and distributors

4. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, with accurate forecasting in our CRM

5. Negotiate pricing, ranging, promotions and trade terms with buyers

6. Lead the sales rollout of new product launches

7. Work with the marketing team on sales materials, in-store promotions and campaigns

8. Track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, and share insights with leadership

9. Report on sales performance, targets and KPIs to management
